Role Overview
We are looking for a Blockchain Developer with expertise in smart contracts, cryptographic security, and blockchain infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising decentralised applications (dApps), token standards, and blockchain protocols. This role requires deep knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, cross-chain interoperability, and on-chain security.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy secure, gas-optimised, and efficient smart contracts on Ethereum (EVM) and other blockchain networks.
• Design and implement ERC standards, including:
• ERC-20 (fungible tokens)
• ERC-721 (NFTs)
• ERC-7695, ERC-7651
• ERC-1400, ERC-3643 (Security tokens, RWA standards)
• Build multi-chain compatible applications that interact with Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, and other L1/L2 solutions.
• Develop and integrate MPC (Multi-Party Computation) wallets for enhanced private key security.
• Implement on-chain and off-chain governance mechanisms, including DAOs and voting protocols.
• Work on cross-chain interoperability protocols (LayerZero, Wormhole, CCIP, etc.).
• Optimise smart contracts for low gas fees, scalability, and security best practices.
• Research and implement RWA (Real-World Assets) tokenisation standards used in finance, supply chain, and DeFi applications.
• Collaborate with cryptographers and security researchers to audit and mitigate vulnerabilities (reentrancy, flash loan exploits, oracle manipulation, etc.).
• Develop automated trading bots and MEV mitigation strategies, including arbitrage bots, front-running protection, and sandwich attack prevention.
• Stay updated on new EIPs (Ethereum Improvement Proposals) and blockchain ecosystem developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including PoW, PoS, BFT, DAG, and alternative consensus mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go for smart contract and blockchain development.
• Experience working with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM), WASM, and non-EVM chains.
• Deep knowledge of ERC, EIP, and security token standards for asset tokenisation and dApps.
• Experience with MPC (Multi-Party Computation) wallet implementation and cryptographic security.
• Strong expertise in DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, and governance models.
• Understanding of Layer 2 scaling solutions (Rollups, ZK-Rollups, Optimistic Rollups, Validium).
• Knowledge of cross-chain bridges and interoperability protocols.
• Experience in bot development for trading, arbitrage, liquidation, and front-running protection.
• Familiarity with MEV (Miner Extractable Value) mitigation and transaction ordering strategies.
• Proficiency in API integrations with on-chain and off-chain data providers (Chainlink, The Graph, oracles, IPFS, Arweave, etc.).
• Strong grasp of security best practices (audit tools, formal verification, fuzz testing).
• Experience with version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD automation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects or DAOs.
• Hands-on experience with zk-SNARKs, zk-STARKs, and privacy-preserving protocols.
• Worked with RWA (Real-World Asset) tokenization platforms.
• Exposure to CEX/DEX integrations, smart contract wallets, and account abstraction (ERC-4337).
• Experience in high-frequency trading and smart contract bot development.
